As you embark on the Enchanted Highway, the towering metal sculptures rise like giants from the prairie, each telling a story of dreams and folklore that captivates your imagination. The sun sets, casting golden hues over the whimsical creations, and you can’t help but feel a sense of wonder at the artistry that transforms the landscape into a living gallery. With every curve of the road, you discover a new marvel waiting to inspire your spirit of adventure.

The Enchanted Highway is a 32-mile stretch of North Dakota highway lined with the largest scrap metal sculptures in the world, created by artist Gary Greff starting in 1989. The largest — "Geese in Flight" — stands 110 feet tall with a 154-foot wingspan. Greff sold his home and used personal savings to fund the project, hoping to attract tourists to a dying rural community.
