The Enchanted Highway is a 32-mile stretch of North Dakota highway lined with the largest scrap metal sculptures in the world, created by artist Gary Greff starting in 1989. The largest — "Geese in Flight" — stands 110 feet tall with a 154-foot wingspan. Greff sold his home and used personal savings to fund the project, hoping to attract tourists to a dying rural community.
